2. Services
Nexus Automation Labs provides marketing and automation services through GenSet Growth, including automation workflows, marketing campaigns, CRM and lead automation, consulting and related digital marketing services. Services are provided on a best-effort basis according to the agreed scope.
3. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18, have authority to enter the agreement and will use our services only for lawful business purposes.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Respond promptly to requests required to deliver services.
- Ensure that content, data and materials you provide comply with applicable laws.
Nexus Automation Labs is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect client information.
5. Payments and billing
Fees will be communicated before service delivery. Payments must be made on time under the agreed plan or invoice. Late or failed payments may result in suspension. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. No guaranteed results
While we use proven strategies and automation technologies, Nexus Automation Labs does not guarantee specific results, including leads, sales, revenue or rankings. Marketing performance depends on multiple external factors beyond our control.
7. Intellectual property
Tools, processes, strategies and automation systems developed by Nexus Automation Labs remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed. You retain ownership of original content and data. You may not resell, copy or redistribute our systems without written permission.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep non-public business or technical information confidential unless disclosure is required by law. Personal data is not shared with third-party vendors or companies, subject to legal disclosure.
9. Third-party tools and platforms
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms, including AI tools, CRM systems and messaging services. Nexus Automation Labs is not responsible for downtime or changes in third-party services, data loss caused by third-party platforms, or policy violations caused by external providers.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Automation Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for services in the previous 30 days.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexus Automation Labs from claims, damages or losses arising from misuse of services, violation of laws or third-party rights, or content or data you provide.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate services when these terms are violated, payments are overdue, or unlawful or abusive activity is detected. You may terminate by written notice, subject to active billing commitments.
13. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
14. Changes to terms
Nexus Automation Labs may update these terms. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
15. SMS terms
Users who voluntarily opt in may receive appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, responses to inquiries and support communications. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.
